New York Picture post…

I’m a total travel whore. One of the reasons I took my last job was because they asked me did I have a problem with business travel …. Unfortunately, they then stuck me in a sleepy south western German town for a month of “training”. It did get better. I’ve been up and down the west coast of the US, India, north Africa and all over Europe.

I usually remember to take a digital camera, but on my last trip, 24 hours in New York (I was in Washington DC too, but all I saw there was the inside of a conference room ), I just brought my phone. The Sony Ericsson k750i has a 2MP auto-focus camera, so the pictures actually came out pretty good! I stayed in the Hotel Pennsylvania (the locals call it the Hotel Penitentiary). The website makes it look great, but it isn’t. I had the usual New York hotel view out my window…. across an alley and into someone else’s room The most unusual and unexpected sight while there was one of OCC’s custom bikes, the I-Robot bike, on display outside a shop near Macy’s.

I’ve got some cool pictures of India & Seattle that I’ll try to get around to posting over the next few days.
